She listened to my narrative and had a plan in place by the end of the visit. She explained fully the tests she recommended, giving me the choice to proceed or not. When one of my labs came back abnormal, she messaged me right away and told me how to proceed. She also messaged me her notes for my neuro-ophthalmologist appointment 2 days later. She had notes from my PCP and neuro-opthalmologist and had flagged areas to discuss with me. I am quite confident that I am in good hands."
